Southern Revival was created and named with an idea of returning to and maintaining the family traditions and charm of the Old South; the wildness; the bounty; the simplicity; the adventure and the attachment to the land. Add to this the personal revival to the things that are most important: God, family, community, and the values that have given the South its warm character - In both the South's grandness and joy of its little things.

Southern Revival makes authentic, heirloom quality furniture that will last a lifetime. Our furniture is designed and made for both form and function with attention given for the purpose, strength, and beauty before any consideration of cost saving.

Every item is hand crafted to order with the upmost care in Lowndes County, GA. All of our lumber is locally sourced from our renewable, native hardwoods and we use reclaimed timber when the opportunity arises. Natural defects are treated as accents where appropriate and waste is minimized. All of our hardware and supplies are sourced from US manufactures whenever possible. Our furniture pieces are finished in hand rubbed oil or sprayed with a durable commercial grade water based polyurethane.

Southern Revival is led by Tim, a self taught traditional cabinet maker with 28 years of furniture making experience slightly interrupted by 20 years of active duty service as a Special Forces "Green Beret" in the US Army. After his service, he relocated his family back to where his wife was born and raised in Lowndes County, Georgia.
